Kevin takes the lead on construction delivery for Myco ensuring that a systematic and detailed approach is taken to each and every project overseeing programme, budget, health & safety and quality standards.
A graduate in Construction Management BSc (Hons), Kevin has gained over 15 years of experience across the construction industry both in the UK & Ireland. Through in-depth programming, planning and as co-founder he has helped Myco successfully deliver all projects to date. He works closely with clients to develop strategies that can be implemented through the delivery team.
Michael Murphy
Director
As one of the co-founders of Myco, Michael is heavily involved in all aspects of the business. He has a very hands-on approach with an excellent understanding of various market sectors allowing him to bring added value and support to both the professional team and clients in terms of cost planning, value engineering and buildability.
Having graduated with BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying Degree, Michael brings over 15 years of industry experience in both the UK and Ireland. His role involves implementing and constantly improving various reporting and cost control mechanisms to streamline the surveying function at Myco.
Leadership isn’t something we take lightly. MYCO’s leadership team foster an ethos of responsibility, ownership and accountability to strive for success on every project.

Health & Safety
MYCO aims to provide a working environment that has zero accidents to ensure the wellbeing of our employees, subcontractors, and members of the public.
MYCO embed a positive Health & Safety culture into everything we do. From the pre-contract stage we specify high expectations for Health & Safety with any prospective subcontractors, and these expectations are reinforced as the project commences on site right through to post-completion. We ensure that everyone visiting or working on site is assured that their safety is a priority.
We have fully trained health & safety personnel at all levels and our accredited Health & Safety Management System is in accordance with ISO 45001, subject to regular reviews and monitoring.
