New build residential fit-out consisting of nine 1 & 2 bed apartments in Aldgate. These apartments were tailored for the London rental market and with that in mind, Myco put forward hard wearing and easily changeable finishes materials as part of our contractor’s proposals which added value to the scheme.
The project involves a RC basement with 5 structural steel / timber frame hybrid upper floors, external facades will be brick slip and rainscreen cladding.
